Guisborough Town Council held its annual Local Craft and Produce Show in Sunnyfield House on Saturday 11th August.

The show attracted a good variety of exhibits and the standard was excellent throughout all of the sections.

The Town Mayor, Councillor Mrs Janice Skelton, thanked all of the exhibitors, organising team and volunteers for making the show a success.

Section Winners and Master Trophies were awarded to the following exhibitors:

Garden Produce - Mr T Watson

Onions & Leeks - Jeff Osborne

Soft Fruits - Harvey Walby

Cut Flowers - Terry Rowe

Pot Plants - Mrs J Walby

Flower Artistry - Cheryl MacFarlane

Home Baking - Cheryl MacFarlane

Marjorie Osborne Memorial Cup for Best Single Bloom – Mr T Rowe

An auction of produce also took place which raised £123 for the Town Mayor's nominated charity - Prostate and testicular cancer JCUH.

The Town Mayor also announced the winners of the ‘Best Kept Allotment Garden’ Competition and presented awards to the following:

1st Place (Ken Barker Memorial Shield) – Mr Grout

Joint 2nd Place - Luke & Michael Berry

Joint 2nd Place - J Wilson

3rd Place - Mrs Robinson
